What is the difference between Passion and Obsession ?
We all know the importance of having a passion for our work, the causes we invest our resources in, our hobbies and of course when it comes to High Performance and/or our manifestation skills.
But when does it become an obsession that creates anxiety, feelings of guilt, lack of results’ and eventually burnout?
Manifesting in any area of life requires a relaxed focused detachment to the outcome. We need to clear a path to inner wisdom and/or the higher self to access insights.
You create a resource state of hope, confidence and certainty by reliving with intense positive emotion a past moment of excellence and lock it in with a trigger such as your three fingers held together.
